Today’s recipe is the first drinks recipe on our blog. Nonna’s 3-step, 4-ingredient Ginger Turmeric Lemon Iced Tea is easy to make, refreshing and healthy. Super tasty as well!
1 medium piece of ginger, peeled and sliced
6 turmeric, peeled and sliced
1 lemon, washed and sliced
A full pot of cold water
1. Put all ingredients in the water and let it boil. *
2. When it starts to boil, turn the head off and leave the pot covered until it cools down.
3. Pour into a bottle and place in the fridge.
Have a cup as the first thing in the morning before you eat. You can also have a few more cups throughout the day.
*If you have a sweet tooth, use Bermuda honey while boiling your fruit and veggies.
